Place your order before 2:00 PM CET and we will arrange and deliver it the same afternoon, between 2 PM and 8 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the following day. You can also schedule any future delivery up to 90 days in advance during checkout.
We process payments securely through PayPal — you can pay with your PayPal balance or any major card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) linked to PayPal, with no account required. Absolutely. Every order includes a complimentary gift card, written by hand in Italian, English, or both. Add your message at checkout and we will tuck it into the arrangement before it leaves the atelier.
Our courier will call the recipient directly and, where possible, leave the gift with the building concierge or a trusted neighbour. If no one is available, we re-attempt delivery the next morning at no extra cost. A photo confirmation is sent on every successful delivery.
