Where do you deliver in Italy?

We deliver to every major Italian city — Milan, Rome, Florence, Naples, Turin, Bologna, Venice, Genoa, Palermo and Catania — and to smaller towns and rural addresses nationwide. Same-day service covers 40+ cities; outlying addresses may take an extra 1–2 business days. Enter your recipient's postal code (CAP) at checkout to confirm your exact delivery window.

How does the 2 pm same-day cut-off work?

Place your order before 2:00 PM CET and we will arrange and deliver it the same afternoon, between 2 PM and 8 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the following day. You can also schedule any future delivery up to 90 days in advance during checkout.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

We process payments securely through PayPal — you can pay with your PayPal balance or any major card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) linked to PayPal, with no account required. Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout and charged in that currency. Every transaction is handled over PayPal's secure, encrypted checkout.

Can I include a personal gift card?

Absolutely. Every order includes a complimentary gift card, written by hand in Italian, English, or both. Add your message at checkout and we will tuck it into the arrangement before it leaves the atelier.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Our courier will call the recipient directly and, where possible, leave the gift with the building concierge or a trusted neighbour. If no one is available, we re-attempt delivery the next morning at no extra cost. A photo confirmation is sent on every successful delivery.

Can I send flowers to Italy from overseas?

Yes — many of our orders come from outside Italy. Order from anywhere in the world, pay in your local currency, and our florists in Italy will hand-arrange and deliver to your recipient. Full English and Italian support, with a photo on delivery.
